Provide information for the child you wish to enroll at TLC Public Charter School. If you are applying to the current school year, please be sure to select the proper school year.

Collecting sibling information is important, so that we can include additional siblings in our lottery. Please provide us with any and all siblings that you would like to include in this Intent to Enroll application.
